Besides, the price difference between printing 2, 3 or full colour isn't that big anymore. It's important that a logo can also be printed in gray scale. Thin lines and thin text does not come out well in embroidery and sometimes doesn't in screen printing if the screen mesh it too big. @ Neal

Smaller is bad, bigger is good for embroidery! I always tell my clients, if you can draw it with a crayon, it can embroider well.
