I've tried JQuery a bit but don't really know if I like it yet. In some ways its simpler in some ways not. I take it you're a fan?

Thanks for the Sizzle tip! It kinda sounds good, but I don't like the Javascript dependancy to be honest. I think I'll sticky to me IE only stylesheets. Other browsers, like Opera, FF and Chrome have become really involved with CSS3 these days.

It's very refreshing to see this, Also, IE9 will get a LOT more CSS3 attention! Isn't that great? ;D

Interesting... I might have to look more into this, I've only really just begun to learn jQuery and really getting into it. So adding this to my knowledge will hopefully get me far :]

Thx, I'll recommend this to our tech guys. They're just working on refining the JS code on Pixmac because it's getting heavier and heavier ;-)

Yeah, Peppy is another interesting CSS selector engine.
While Peppy is rather fast in most cases, Sizzle claims to be fast mostly when dealing with the most common selectors. In my opinion, they're to be monitored, both, as they are relatively recent and I'm pretty sure they'll have some sort of future.
The syntax is slightly different, but being Sizzle the CSS selector for the jQuery library, it comes natural to many going that way and get used to how jQuery (thus Sizzle) behaves.
As a side note, I'm currently checking Peppy out (yeah, it's CSS selectors time now :) and will let you know my final thoughts about this great engine soon.

In the meantime, Peppy creator has set up a speed test page (http://jamesdonaghue.com/static/peppy/profile/slickspeed/) and the documentation is available here (http://jamesdonaghue.com/static/peppy/docs/).

Hmm this is pretty interesting,... after writing lots of complex CSS for a lot of different websites, this looks like it could make things a lot easier. Although my only concern is that CSS is usually maintained by someone who didn't write it. Meaning that usually a lower developer is the one who maintains it. And seeing as how they rarely know as much as the senior developers I worry about them being able to maintain something like this.
